Dachtoberfest Vendor

Thank you for your interest in being a Dachtoberfest Vendor.  Dachtoberfest presented by Diamond Dachshund Rescue will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at the Helotes Festival grounds in Helotes, TX.  To participate as a vendor, please complete this form.  No payment is due at this time.  Once reviewed, you will receive an email regarding your approval and an invoice for participation.  If you have any questions regarding Dachtoberfest, please email Paula Boyd, Administrative Assistant at paula@ddrtx.org. 

This is an outside event. We can offer a permanent structured vendor booth* or designate an open area** for you to set up your own canopy (see examples).

*permanent structured vendor booth is enclosed on 3 sides on a concrete slab. These booths have electricity and lighting. Openings are in the back – walkway is in the front with counter space. Tables can be placed in front of booth but not to extend past width of booth.

**designated areas will accommodate a 10 x 10 canopy. Areas will be assigned throughout the fairgrounds. Some will be located under trees, others in open areas. Assignments will be at the discretion of DDRTX.

PLEASE NOTE: To provide a better experience for our vendors we may limit the number of vendors and the number of vendors offering the same merchandise.

Vendor Pricing: $100
